The institution is owned by the Catholic Diocese of Meerut and is registered under GYAN DEEP EDUCATION SOCIETY, a body registered under the Societies Registration Act of 21, 1860.
This institution is a minority institution in accordance of Article 29 and 30 of the Indian Constitution, and it is a charitable institution.
It is affiliated to C.B.S.E., New Delhi
