1. Promotions are granted on the basis of the whole year's work of the student.
2. Regular class, unit, half yearly and annual examinations are conducted. The average mark of these examinations will be taken into consideration for promotion.
3. No re-test or re-examination will be conducted in any subject.
4. Under no circumstances an examination will be taken before or after the scheduled time.
5. A student may be exempted on medical ground from one periodical test. Appearing in annual examination is a must for promotion unless in case of grave ill health.
6. Students who use unfair means during the examination will not be awarded any mark for the subject. Repetition of the same may result in dismissal.
7. Students who fail twice in the same class will not be allowed to continue in the school.
8. The answer sheets of the examinations will be kept in the school only for two months after the declaration of the results.
9. As for the directive of C.B.S.E. a student with less than 75% attendance at the end of academic session will be prevented from appearing in the annual examination/Board examination.
10. Parents are required to go through the report card and return it within three days of its receipt duly signed.
11. If the report card is lost the student will be charged t100/- for the duplicate.
12.Marks and other remarks indicating promotion or failure attested by the principal at the end of the academic year are final in all cases, and will not be reconsidered.
