So you are requested to check the child's diary regularly and respond to the remarks promptly, if any. Kindly read the information given in this diary and put your signatures at the space provided.

• Please fill up all the particulars correctly in the identity data (pg. 5) and also affix your photographs and record your specimen signatures in the space provided in this diary (pg. 17).
• Occasional remarks sent to you by the Principal/Vice Principal or the teachers through the diary should be studied carefully and responded promptly.
• Check your child's diary daily and find out what assignments have been given /not given by the teachers.
• Make sure that your child reaches the school in time and is in full neat and smart uniform.
• See that the child does his/her home-work daily with neatness.
• Do not allow your child to carry valuable articles, watches, jewellery, extra money and irrelevant books to the school.
• Pay the school fees in time.
• Attend parents-teachers meeting whenever informed.
• Send your remarks or any other information through the school diary.
• Lack of attention to your child from any concerned teacher or authority should be made known to the Principal/Vice Principal or Manager in time.
